CrossFit Classes

Coach-led classes designed for every fitness level. Every workout is scaled to your experience, fitness level, and goals.

Every class includes:

  • Coach-led warmup and movement prep

  • Strength or skill development

  • A workout built for that day’s goal

  • Scaling options for every athlete

  • Recovery and mobility

  • Coaching throughout the entire class

Training With A Purpose

Our programming isn't random. We train strength, endurance, conditioning, gymnastics and Olympic lifting throughout the week so you develop complete fitness — not just get better at one thing.

Whether you train three days a week or six, the goal is the same:

Get stronger. Move better. Build fitness that carries over to life outside the gym.

CrossFit Teens

Our CrossFit Teens program helps middle school and high school students become stronger, faster, and more resilient no matter what their focus or sport is. All while learning proper movement mechanics in a safe, coach-led environment.

Athletes develop:

  • Strength

  • Speed

  • Agility

  • Power

  • Endurance

  • Mobility

  • Confidence

More Than Fitness

We want our athletes to leave stronger than they arrived — not just physically.

Along the way, they'll develop better movement, confidence, accountability, leadership, and habits that carry over to sports, school, and life.

Our goal isn't to create elite CrossFit athletes. It's to help teenagers become stronger, healthier and more confident.
